Clean. Spacious. Mostly as promised. Process was simple. Parking was good. No papertowels, only one trash bag. Wireless connection was locked initially. No blender. The negatives were only minor inconveniences. We will stay here again and recommend it to others.

My wife, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine Cottage in October, 2011. The house is very charming, "Old Florida", yet freshly renovated. Plenty of room for family and friends and only a minute walk to the beautiful Clearwater gulf-view beach. One of our beach walks was even met with a pod of frolicking dolphins including a baby. We utilized the patio each morning for coffee and the news paper, the pool deck for lunches. Patty from Belloise Reality could not have been more reliable or helpful. We would enthusiastically recommend Sunshine Cottage!

We stayed at the Beach Cottage for two weeks in March 2011 It has lovely gardens, a great outdoor patio and is close to the beach. It is a good size if you are having company. I loved the hard wood floors, the new linens and the quaint feeling of the place. It is very bright, lots of sunshine. The only drawback was the unheated pool.

Patty Belloise is very helpful, we were always able to contact her and she resolved any problems we encountered.
 

My family and I have had the great pleasure of renting this house. Clean and very comfortable. Very close to the beach.
We go to the beach in the morning, swim in the pool in the afternoon and then go back to the beach and watch the sun go down.
We have stayed at three other houses, and this is by far the most comfortable we have ever stayed at. One of the first houses we stayed at had three bedrooms too but two of the bedrooms were connected so you had to walk through one to get to the other…very little privacy. Not with this house. It is laid out very well so that each room is private.
I cannot tell you how wonderful the people have been to work with- making sure that we have everything we need to make our vacation comfortable and happy.
