We were very pleased. Clean, equipped and well decorated. The outdoor enclosed area was very well done - pool, sandy game and grilling/eating area. Fun for all ages and very relaxing. Great location just a few minutes walk to the beach for sunsets. The owners were onsite and very friendly and accommodating.
This property was a fantastic, quiet retreat. The remodeled pool area was beautifully landscaped, with lots of foliage and privacy. We spent most of our days, sipping drinks and reading by the pool, and appreciated that they were some shady areas for us to get out of the sun. When we were ready for a dip, the pool was so warm and comfortable. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean, with fresh new furniture. We met some of the owners and they were very welcoming and fun. We have been renting places in Clearwater Beach for the last 10 years, and Coconut Grove was the best place we have stayed in, by far.
