We had a wonderful time in Clearwter Beach. The house was well equiped with all we needed. It was close to the beach and the location was quiet and clean. It was just what we needed to get away. The staff we delt with was very helpful and friendly. Everything went well with check in and out, however it was difficult to call before check in because, we were traveling. I could have asked if I could have done it earlier. Small things like extra garbage bags and more info on house operation i.e. pool, heating/cooling, T.V. etc, would have helped. We have rented enough times to know what to expected. Diffently lived up to our expectations. We would rent again, and only small things like some light bulbs burn out garbage, ice maker froze up, all things we could live with. Thanks again The Scott family

Comfortable home suitable for all ages. Location was handy for excursions. Local town had lots to offer. Beach was amazing.

We had a fantastic time at Clearwater Beach Splendor! The house is beautiful - clean, comfortable, spacious, bright, and relaxing. Everything you need is there - fully furnished with cooking supplies, books, movies, games, etc. Each room is nicely decorated, with restful beds. The pool is perfect – we spent several afternoons lounging on the pool chairs, soaking in the sun, jumping in to cool off, and enjoying the gorgeous landscaping around the pool of tropical flowering plants in bright yellows and pinks. The rest of the grounds are just as lovely, including a swinging bench to relax in the shade. Just a couple blocks to the beach on the quiet end of Clearwater Beach, with miles of sandy beach to walk, run, and explore – found lots of shells, sand dollars, and even saw dolphins close to the shore! Yet we were happy to still be within walking distance to downtown and enjoyed good food and drinks with live music. This was the perfect trip of much needed sun and relaxation – we will definitely be back!!!

Just got home and hated to leave….wish we could have stayed forever, the house was wonderful and the location to the beach was great. This vacation was to be bittersweet, my best friend just passed away in January and we were going to get away for some much needed relaxation and a chance to take in all that had happened and enjoy the time in this house with her husband and 3 small children that I was now nanny to as well as my own 4 children and husband. The house was just as described and the photos shown do not do the house justice. It was extememly beautiful inside and out. The owner was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend this property to anyone who loves the beach and Florida living. I grew up going to Florida and spending lots of time on Clearwater Beach since my parents owned property and a business, this house brought it all back for me and made me want to own my own piece of Florida. We enjoyed the Brown Boxer, and the local shops and especially our all time favorite Frenchy’s. All of the locations of Frenchy’s are great, our favorite is Rockaway, watching the sunset while enjoying great food. I also love to frequent Frenchy’s store next to Frenchy’s Original Cafe, as usual I left all my money there but I always bring home a little bit of Clearwater and Frenchy’s to get me to the next visit. This house was great and very clean and well kept and helped to heal this family and let us move on, we can’t wait to book it again next year when we head down to renew our wedding vows on the beach. In addition Patty was very nice and helpful with some questions we had once we arrived. This house was also very pet friendly to our 3 small dogs who loved it as much as we did. Thanks for the most perfect vacation, we will be back.

This was our first stay at “Paradise Palms” for the month of March, 2011 and next year we will be returning and staying longer. This house was perfect for us, and our grown children and grandchildren who visited during the month. We had friends visit who also own a 60′ motor yacht in the BVI’s. They loved the area so much that they booked another house for the month of March next year as well.

This is our 3rd year of renting in Clearwater Beach and we love the area very much with its quiet and secluded North Beach residential area but its lively and closely situated shopping and restaurant district nearby. Its proximity to Tampa, St. Pete, Dunedin and Tarpon Springs (and all areas in between) provides an abundance of activities and enjoyable pastimes.

While the area and “Paradise Palms” are GREAT, it would not be as easy, complete and fulfilling if it weren’t for Belloise Realty and Patty Belloise. Patty goes way above and beyond to make our experience as perfect as possible………not only on the business issues involving the properties, their furnishings and their functions but she even arranges special events such as getting together for St. Patrick’s Day and other fun gatherings.

The area, the real estate experts and, of course, the Florida sun and sand make it all an excellent experience.
 

We have been visiting Clearwater beach for over 20 years and have finally found a gem. Really loved the location, the house, the furnishings, the decor and the quirky original features. As we had our baby granddaughter with us it was really handy to have the quaint highchair and the travel cot available. All the family loved the pool. We would definately visit again and recommend to others.

Wanted to say that we loved staying at Clearwater Beach Splendor last week 5.18.11. We had 7 adults and 4 busy children and the place was perfect for us all to reconnect yet big enough to relax and enjoy some quite time as well. The comments I’ve read all hit the nail on the head…we were also pleasantly surprised to find kids games, puzzles, books, toys etc for all age ranges. The pool was great for us and provided great privacy and was also shaded in parts allowing us to escape the heat. The beautiful beaches of Clearwater is a 1 minute walk. Many of us woke up around 6am and enjoyed beautiful, breathtaking sunrise walks on the beach looking and finding amazing seashells. Sunsets on Pier 60 where amazing. Our kids participated in all the activities and even starred in the magic show act. We enjoyed great golf (10 minutes away) at the Bellview Golf Club, enjoyed the many restaurants in the area, took in a Pirate Ship ride, etc, etc, etc….Just a wonderful vacation. Would not hesitate for 1 second to come back to Clearwater beach Splendor. Thanks again!

Everyone really enjoyed the beautiful house, pool, swing… including the beach and Jolley Trolley access; it was a wonderful weekend. We were all comfortable and very impressed with the accommodations; needless to say it was too short a stay. It is a beautiful little community with lovely neighbors (I ran into a few people I knew).

This is a fabulous house to rent! Very clean, spacious, lots of room.
The beach is a short walk (2 minutes) and the pool keeps the kids busy.
The kids enjoyed the beach & swim toys available also. Clearwater Beach
is a wonderful place to visit, lots to do and great restaurants to try.
Some of our favorites we did this vacation was fishing with Captain
Brian, spring training baseball games, Pirate sunset cruise, Tampa Bay
Lightening Hockey games & Busch gardens. Our party of 9 had a great
vacation – made lots of memories and was sad to have our week come to
the end. We are making plans to make this a yearly trip. I highly
recommend this property for rent when in the area all activities are
only a short drive away (15-30 minutes). You & your family will enjoy
this house & area and have a wonderful vacation like us.

My family of 5 took our first trip with another family who flew in from CA to join us at Clearwater Splendor. There were 4 adults and 5 kids ( 8.5, 8.5, 7.5, 5, 3.5). This house worked out amazingly well for 2 families – we sort of divided things up bedroom wise and it worked out well. We each had our own space as did the kids.

The kitchen was very well stocked compared to previous rentals we have used. The house was immaculate. we had tons of towels, plenty of sheets. The kitchen table was fantastic was was the 2 tables by the pool – enough room for us all to sit and relax. We LOVED the pool. The kids preferred it to the beach, which was a short 3 blocks away. The pool was so clean and maintained beautifully. It did seem bigger in the photos but for our needs, it was perfect.

This house was obviously family friendly – lots of kids movies and books. Nothing was out that could get broken by a little one and you felt safe with the pool nearby.

We had a few meals out and they were all great (Frenchy’s Rockaway, Britts and Crabby’s). We were pleasantly surprised how child friendly they all were and none of the servers minded doing separate checks.

Weather was not ideal at first, so we did head to Orlando for a few days (only a fast 90 minutes away) and that seemed to banish the bad weather for us. we did a day trip to St. Pete which was very nice but busier than we had in Clearwater.

My only wish would have been a gas grill. We had no desire to deal with charcoal.

We have been to Destin, Hilton Head and other places similar and this was one of the first times my husband and I said we could definitely see ourselves coming back.
 

I recently stayed at clearwater beach Splendor with my family (july 2010) and had a great break. I had booked this accommodation sometime in advance and had lots of emails back and forward to patty to make requests and to clarify some deatails and even to ask general questions about the area. Each time patty was quick and very informative and always able to assist with my request.

This house is great we had five adults and 2 children(6) and (1). I found this home extremley child friendly from gates round pool to breakable around the house. I have stayed in rentals before were you have to go around and move lots of things out of the way to aviod potential hazzards for those little minds. I also found lots of (extras) not mentioned that can make that holiday it bit easier. Disney films, pool toys for alll ages even a lilo for dads to have a nap in while in the pool.

I do feel this home offers more than the picture show and would have no problem recommending it to others. The house was very clean, cleaner came round and put out trash bin for collection an appropriate days. good parking and a fantastic pool. The pool is not an extremly big pool but it really does the job. Small enough to be close to children but big enough to have the family in at the same time.

What can be said about the beach at clearwater other that fantastic, beatiful, spacious, and soft smooth white sand. from the house to the beach it is such easy access a straight 2 minute walk (if that) remember i was walking in the heat with you children. This area of the beach is quite quite but you can easily walk along the beach front to hire waverunners, parasaling, etc.

I also walked into the town on a few occasions which took me about 10-15 minutes although you can drive it in 2-3 minutes or use the Jolly trolly service which is quite handy as well. Lots of food to pick from not a shortage of choice all serving good quality value for money food. A list and range of menus are in the welcome information.

We didn’t use much of the other things on offer in clearwater like fishing hire, boat trips, etc as we decided just to relax at the pool/beach.

Easy drive to Tampa for Bush Gardens about 45 minutes.

We had a lovely time at Clearwater Beach Splendor. The house was spacious and accommodated our very large family…..8 adults and 4 children under 4 years. There was ample seating in the living room and lots of play space on the floor for the little ones. Unlike other holidays, this dining room table had room for all of us!
A real effort was made to create a warm & inviting atmosphere …and the furnishings were very comfortable and attractive.

We were pleasantly surprised to find shelves stocked with books and movies…..Disney’s Little Mermaid saved one rainy day. It was also a treat to have so many pool and sand toys. On previous trips, we would buy but leave the stuff behind because it was obviously too bulky for air travel.

The pool was another special treat……. the kids couldn’t get enough …..and the shallow wading area allowed Moms & Dads to sit out sometimes and just watch them!

The beach was very clean, uncrowded and only a short walk away. We didn’t use strollers and the little ones didn’t complain!

In the other direction, also close by, we took the kids to watch the locals fishing . On several occasions, we saw dolphins jumping and playing in the water.

It was a memorable vacation that was enhanced by this house rental.
