Three tastefully decorated bedrooms (1 w/king bed, 1 w/queen, and 1 w/2 twins), each have ceiling fans and TV’s. Master has a desk area, walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with shower and double sinks. The second bath is a tub/shower combination situated between the two other bedrooms.

While relaxing in the sunny living room with stone fireplace and beautiful hardwood floors, you enjoy the tropical landscaping outside the large picture windows and listen to the soothing sound of the three-tiered fountain, which is just off the front porch. Sink into the overstuffed couch or comfy chairs and relax with a book while other family members entertain themselves in family room. This step down area off the dining room and kitchen features plenty of seating, a game table, game “closet”, and a large flat screen TV complete with DVD player and video library.

The family room opens onto a backyard deck with Adirondak chairs and double rocker, umbrella table and chairs, and an outdoor grill. The large backyard, landscaped with sea grapes and palms, is completely fenced in with plenty of grassy area for outdoor fun and games.

The cheerful kitchen overlooks the backyard and is fully equipped for almost any cooking endeavor. There is a “bistro” table and chairs in the kitchen for quick meals or snacks, as well as a more formal dining table that seats 6 off the kitchen as well.
