Just returned from this fantastic house.There were 8 adults & 1 child in our party.It was great.Nancy made it so easy for us from the time I booked it till the end of our trip.The house was clean,close to the beach, private yard and porch.Just right for relaxing.Grilling (outside grill) and chilling (inside air) Need I say more?There were plenty of towels,beach towels,beach chairs and sand buckets to choose from.Our experience was great.I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to rent.Very child friendly.We now have family memories that will last a lifetime.Oh Nancy thanks for the great weather.We couldn't have been happier.We hope to return soon.

We just returned from a stay at this beach house and we had the BEST time. We were there for my son's wedding and we had the groom's dinner at the house. It was a great place to welcome our family. It was fun for everyone to walk down to the beach after dinner. It's so conveniently close. The bride's parents stayed in the house behind and it was great to have us close together. Nancy was very helpful in planning our event. We also had a 50th Wedding Anniversary for my parents and Nancy suggested the Island Way Grill, excellent! We found this home to be clean and comfortable. We would stay there again in a minute!

Our big family of ten LOVED this house! It was EXACTLY as it is pictured and very very clean. When they say you don't need to bring anything, you really don't. The beds were more comfortable than our own. There were plenty of linens, beach chairs, towels, etc. The beach was literally a 3 minute walk across the street. All of the furnishings were very nice and most of them new. There was plenty of restaurants and shopping only a 5 minute drive away. We lacked nothing.

We have stayed in resorts, hotels and condos many times over the years in Florida and have to say this was one of THE BEST experiences and accomodations we have ever had. There were 8 of us (4 18-22 year olds) and everyone agrees this house and property had literally everything you would need or want at the beach! The house and landscaping is beautifully maintained and there is ALOT of room and privacy. The beach is a few steps away and you are only a couple of minutes away from the fun nightlife and great restaurants. Thanks fo Lynn, Nancy and Larry for checking on us to see if we needed anything over the 8 nights we were there. We will definitely be back!!

This property has been our best experience yet in Florida. There were 8 of us and this house had accomodations for everything you could imagine. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, the house was beautifully decorated-even a wedding party wanted their pictures taken in the landscaped yard of this property. Literally a minute from the beach. We saw dolphins, manatees and a few other things we really did not care to see but is part of ocean life.....the beach is very private-very nice. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for fun and sun!!!!!!

WOW! We were extremely pleased with our vacation beach home. This was a family reunion with our 3 married children, their spouses and our 7 grandchildren ages 1 yr to 10 yrs. There was plenty of room that we never felt crowded. The amenities of roll away beds, pack 'n play, high chair, baby gate and all the beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas made for a great vacation. I would also add that the website was very informative, the booking easy and our deposit was back in record time! Thank you.

Casa Del Mar has been our retreat for the last 4 winters. It is a beautiful home with beach entrance across the street. We are retired teachers who used to do Myrtle Beach in April. I found this house through Sal and my friend Carol. As soon as we walked through we knew it was perfect. We all have our own bedrooms. There is a beautiful enclosed porch, deck above. Private back yard with new grill, fire pit and seating for12 or more. We cook in several nights a week, and owners have wonderful cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Wonderful kitchen, private first floor bedrooms. Great flat screen TV’s. This is perfect for family with children, grandchildren, or just friends. Patty and Sal are great to work with. Sal also plays guitar at Clear Sky and it is a fun evening.

We have stayed at the Casa Del Mar for 5 years on the july 4th week and our family loves the place. it is such a nice place to come to. it is beautifully landscaped and the owners have supplied just about everything you could need. it is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. we cant want to come back next year.

In late April I hosted a songwriters retreat. I needed 7 separate sleeping spaces, on the beach, with lots of room. Through the wonderful, professional help of Sal and Patty Belloise of Belloise Realty, we found Casa Del Mar. It is the coolest place ever. Beautifully appointed, all kinds of neat amenities, across the street from the beach, lovely patio area, huge kitchen, huge master suite. This house is very well maintained and furnished beautifully. We had a magnificent week. I would absolutely stay there again! Sal and Patty could not have been more wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them. I told them what I wanted and they had several properties to choose from within hours. My friends and I had a fabulous time, wrote many great songs, and walked the beach each night at sunset. We’re already making plans for the next songwriting retreat, and we hope to be able to rent Casa del Mar again.
